Delete your ABtake data
Ask us to delete everything
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my ABtake data". Tell us which accounts you connected (for example your Facebook Page name, Instagram username, TikTok username or YouTube channel) so we can find your data.
Within 30 days we delete your access tokens, the account information we received from platforms, the content you uploaded to ABtake, and your test results, then confirm by email. Videos you already published to a platform stay on that platform; delete them there if you want them gone.
Remove ABtake's access yourself
You can also remove ABtake's access directly in each platform. Once access is removed, ABtake can no longer read from or post to that account, and we delete the data we received from it within 30 days.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites or Business integrations. Remove ABtake.
- Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions or Apps and websites. Remove ABtake.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then app permissions. Remove ABtake.
- YouTube and Google: open Google account permissions and remove ABtake.
Menu names can differ slightly between app versions. If you can't find the setting, email us and we'll remove the connection for you.
