Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and AIMAN Software ("we", "us"), the operator of ABtake. By using ABtake you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use ABtake.
1. Who can use ABtake
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and allowed to manage every account you connect. If you use ABtake for a business or a channel you don't own, you confirm you have permission to act for it.
2. What ABtake does
ABtake helps you test different versions of a short video and publish the version you choose to accounts you connect. ABtake is in early access: features may change, and some may be limited or unavailable on some platforms.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and publish your content only as needed to provide ABtake to you, for example to send a version to a platform you chose. You are responsible for having the rights to your content, including any music, images and voices in it.
4. Your approval
ABtake publishes content only after you approve it, to the accounts you connected, with the settings you choose. You are responsible for what you publish.
5. Platform rules
When you use ABtake with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform, you must also follow that platform's terms and community rules. Platforms can change or limit their tools at any time, and that may affect what ABtake can do. ABtake is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, TikTok, Google or YouTube. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ABtake to:
- post spam, misleading content, or content you don't have the rights to;
- artificially inflate views, followers or engagement, or otherwise manipulate a platform's systems;
- get around a platform's limits, reviews or rules;
- access accounts you aren't authorized to manage; or
- break the law or harm others.
7. Results
Test results are based on the data platforms report, which can be delayed, estimated or incomplete. A version that wins a test is not guaranteed to perform the same way later or on another platform. We don't promise any number of views, followers or other results.
8. Price
ABtake is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using ABtake and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or a platform's rules, or if we stop offering the service. See our Privacy Policy and Data deletion page for what happens to your data.
10. Disclaimers
ABtake is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AIMAN Software is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, views or followers, arising from your use of ABtake.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell users directly. Continuing to use ABtake after a change means you accept the new terms.
